Friday Music: Mockingbirds

Happy Friday all.  My week of birds has been...slow.  Cold temperatures, fog, and kid responsibilities have kept from having much time to actually look for birds this week. It worries me that Paul may catch up.

Friday is a nice and easy and relaxing day, so let's listen to some music featuring birds! Today's featured bird (because I've added them last week) is the northern mockingbird.




Of course we have to start with this James Taylor and Carly Simon!

This, by the way, is a "no eminem" edition because that just ain't my style baby.

Grant Lee Buffalo's Mockingbirds isn't quite as obvious with the name, but it is in the overly falsetto chorus.

There are others, but let's end this nice, relaxing Friday with actual mockingbirds singing.
